Acceptable, but some issues present

The online check-in process was NOT ideal. I had to photograph my ID. I prefer a physical key. There was also no on-site parking available, despite what the website stated. The shared parkade was full both nights, which REALLY impacted my plans. I had to park several blocks away.

I had a great full kitchen. It had everything I needed. The coffee in the room was also good. The self check-in was super easy, I didn't need a key or card.

The queen bed was pretty small for two people. The walls are thin, I could hear everything from the halls. There was not much natural light because of a small window facing inward.

the central location proved convenient for exploring. staff were friendly.

the online check-in process became frustrating. i had difficulty verifying my reservation and getting the entry codes. this caused a delay and added stress to my arrival. the experience wasn't smooth and felt impersonal.

The location was great. it was a ten minute walk to parliament hill and the shopping centre was nearby too. local restaurants and bars were in walking distance. That was very convenient.

i could not sleep well. from 8 pm until midnight my room had a constant smell of cannabis and cigarettes. i was on a high floor, so it did not come from the street.
